      Benefits are cheap, pay raises based on hours worked,

      Horrible culture, bad management, low pay. impossibly hard to not break rules, no training, no hours guaranteed, work like a dog for nasty cheap customers.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and managers. The products are great and I loved that I was able to offer great customer service. Moving up and around in the company is easy, positions are always opening up because the company continues to expand. They also have an employee share program

      Cons

      The hours can be sketchy, depending on the department you're in. Some weeks can be higher than others. The workload is also heavy and the expectations are high but manageable.
