Not the best job - Anonymous employee WinCo Foods Employee Review

Terrible pay for the amount of work you have to do, and the amount of understaff is ridiculous. Management was awful, with free time on there hands they didn't bother to help our department when we only have 3 people when we should have 5.Policies are the worst you only get 15 points in total for a year and 9 total for 3 months. You get no excuse out of anything, no matter the situation. Pick & Choose favorites, you can obviously tell who they choose to favor, and who they choose to pick on.
