Pros
Decent benefits for the price, but that's about it really.
Cons
Wages need to be brought closer to the cost of living ($12-14 hourly is not enough in this area) if you work people 40 or more hour per week, they should be classified full time status(it's a different pay schedule for raises etc when you part time vs full time, plus they max out at different spots to--lower for part time status), and the schedule comes out Friday/Saturday for that week starting Sunday(they will also schedule you for 9+ days in a row or not care about your other responsibilities in life like family or another job). Lack of training, demands to stay beyond your shift time due to being short handed (they'll try to guilt you into it all the time). Even getting enough work shirts in the right size is a joke. Employee owned doesn't mean it's better in this instance, maybe it was better back in the day, but they are quite disappointing now.
