Pros
Health insurance, over time pay and holiday pay, ESOP, retirement contributions
Cons
They do not give a rip about family emergencies or employee well being. Employees are treated like a number in the system. 12 hour mandatory shifts are not sustainable for the long term. They were even considering mandating people coming in on their days off and giving them only one day off a week! Come work here if you don’t want to see your family or feel valued as an employee. Speaks volumes that they have gone through 1000+ people in the last 8 years because the job actually sucks your soul. Constant understaffing and overworking and your reward is a pizza party with cheap Winco pizza or beef jerky and Gatorade. How removed from employees are management when they think that would increase morale!?
