      Just like any other retail environment with slightly better benefits, pay is determined to match local competitors so that’s nice

      Cons

      Just like any other retail environment, mostly simple duties that come with unnecessary setbacks, crew morale is usually shoddy at best. Jobs overnight so with the store being 24 hours, you see some pretty shady people
