Toxic Enviroment - Cashier WinCo Foods Employee Review

Store 29 Management is toxic. 2 out of 3 managers/assistant managers are sour and not overly pleasant to work with. There is a good old boys mentality in the store. The pay is not nearly enough for the stress of dealing with sour management. The current SPC when a lead was always accusatory and part of the problem. The selling of large quantities of alcohol to college students for their parties. Not flexible with their "point system". Too easy to receive a point if having to call out sick or for family emergencies, etc.
