      Great benefits, full medical, vision and dental, 401k, stock in the company, mostly positive atmosphere

      Cons

      Day and night crew almost never communicate, the GMs usually don't communicate with night crew either but that varies, managers tend to not consider extenuating circumstance with perceived shortcomings
