Pros
Great benefits, mostly fair pay, cost of living is on the rise and it would be nice if the raises were more frequent. Friendly coworkers. Good managers and leads that care and are happy to see you show up to work.
Cons
Holiday rushes are real, Thanksgiving is rough. You get bonuses but usually in the form of gift cards. Depending on which location you work there can be very high theft, which you take personally because that effects the stock in the company. Somewhat high turnover when it comes to customer service or cart clerk, beware the positions that make you deal with unhappy people or uncomfortable wheatear.
