      Pros

      After a year of employment you get vacation and personal time. You also are given a stock in the company that a crews interest while you work for the company

      Cons

      It is very easy to a crew attendance points and get yourself a warning, write up, a suspension and then termination

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
