      Pros

      Great environment. Fast-paced and fun. Management is super friendly.

      Cons

      They use a point system that is basically like golf; i.e. the more points you have the worse off you are. Super strict about being even 30 seconds late. Not very accommodating to students' class schedules.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
