Pros
-Co-workers and bosses are friendly and usually flexible when it comes to scheduling. -I get to see all the dogs left in cars as I pass by. -I don't have to interact with many customers directly throughout the day.
Cons
-Since you're outside all the time, weather can make the job a breeze or a nightmare. -Sometimes scheduled a closing shift into an opening shift, leaving less than 12 hours between shifts. -Basically minimum wage pay. -Encounters with customers will slowly degrade your faith in humanity, but thats pretty much any customer service job. -Job can be dangerous at times. Customers almost hitting you with a car. Customers walking or driving in front of your moving line of carts that do not slow down easily. Getting your fingers caught between carts. Running over your toes with carts or cart machine. etc.
