I worked in the Deli which was awesome, what was not awesome is that week over week the Deli manager consistently made changes to the upcoming schedule over the weekend and the Schedule app (UKG Pro) does not update over the weekend due to company settings that WinCo currently has. That same manager also fails quite often to verbally communicate those schedule changes. There is a printed schedule that he will write the changes on, but if you neglect to check that before your shift is over on tge weekend it can lead to absences. 5. The probationary period for new employees is six months unlike the 90 day period that most companies follow.
