      Great stock options. Can mean lots of money long term-retirement. Fellow employees are great. Employee owned so attitude is positive

      Cons

      Cashiers are buried, non-stop, very busy. And they are under extreme pressure to go fast. Staffing is bare minimum so management help can be hard to get for employees and customers

      Pros

      Great coworkers and managers. The products are great and I loved that I was able to offer great customer service. Moving up and around in the company is easy, positions are always opening up because the company continues to expand. They also have an employee share program

      Cons

      The hours can be sketchy, depending on the department you're in. Some weeks can be higher than others. The workload is also heavy and the expectations are high but manageable.
