Throughout my time with the company, there were consistent check-ins and clear communication, which made me feel supported and valued. Leadership does a great job recognizing achievements and promoting team building. They also make a thoughtful effort to include remote staff through nice office events and fun holiday gatherings that help everyone feel connected.
