Pros
Pay is better than most PM companies (can speak from experience). Commissions are fair and all the extra incentives, bonuses etc make up for any slow leasing periods. The upper management folks are reachable, personable, and actually get to know you! Several work functions are held every year- who doesn't want 1/2 day off work and to be paid! They love to promote from within- was recently promoted myself. Over all, great company.. no plans on leaving anytime soon.
Cons
You do work weekends as a leasing person, but that is industry standard. And the training can be intense, demanding, and at times critical but it's all for the benefit of your success.
