Pros
While the company is large and growing, there is still a feeling of community that is lacking in many larger management companies. Windsor offers a lot of positive interaction between on-site staff and corporate staff, and there are many growth opportunities. Fun team building events are held throughout the year, and all staff is included.
Cons
Very restrictive dress code, I would rather lose the clothing allowance to be able to make my own professional choices. Salary is on the low-end for the area, making it hard to recruit new talent.
