Pros
I have been in the multifamily industry for over 18 years and have worked for some really great companies, and some really poor companies, and I am ecstatic to say I have finally found my “home”! Windsor is the place to work in this industry. The practices and expectations are spot on, they are challenging yet attainable and allow you to do your job. Windsor cares about their residents and truly wants to do the right thing. On top of this, they treat their employees exemplary as well! The compensation package, benefits, time off in addition to a positive work environment, opportunities for growth and development and general care for personal work life balance is phenomenal. I look forward to working with Windsor the remainder of my career!
