Pros
-Received flowers on my first day on the job! That made me feel very welcome! -Abundance of recognition for stand out employees that go above and beyond. Gift cards are awarded to top leasers in each region. -Employees feel 'valued' with bi-yearly regional rallies that include awards, lunch at a local spot, gift cards, and also clothing allowances. -Upper management attends the operations conference each year which is an awards and recognition party for Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, District Managers and the like.
Cons
-Not much room for growth potential once you reach Property Manager status. Windsor needs a DM training course or to offer other training courses in areas that employees might be interested in pursuing within the company: Accounting, purchasing, marketing, HR, training etc. -Bonus potential for properties that well exceed their budgeted income is capped out a maximum and no potential to earn more based on performance. It should be based on a % of revenue earnings not a flat amount.
