Pros
By far, Windsor is one of the best property management companies I've worked for. This company invests a lot into each of its employees and training is ongoing. The culture is amazing and environment always positive. You will be challenged, which is great for each employee's professional development.
Cons
I don't really have any cons. Work days can sometimes be long and curve balls get thrown your way from time to time, but that is typical of the industry as a whole. Depending on the region you are in, growth opportunities may be limited. But if you are willing to relocate, then there's definitely opportunity to move up!
