Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture and a lot of opportunity for career growth. There are plenty of resources to be able to perform your job duties and provide excellent customer service.
Cons
A lot of the technology and systems we use daily are outdated. Enhancements need to be added ASAP to improve efficiency. I'm also not a fan of the new bonus structure rolled out this year. It does not promote teamwork. There is a huge emphasis on individual performance that could be detrimental to the culture and morale. One of the goals of the bonus program is to get all associates on board with the financial success of the property and this new program seems to do the opposite.
