Pros
The best thing was probably making relationships with the few residents who respected you. Though, you can find this elsewhere at a company that pays you better. If you’re willing to treat every resident differently, (which id a fair housing violation) then you should definitely work here.
Cons
Their positive environment, internal growth claim, and employee first attitude was just a facade of false promises. Do not work here if you have plans of growing within a company, unless you plan to spend your whole life there.
