The favoritism within Windsor is borderline criminal. You could be a resident favorite, consistent with your leases, work attitude, but if you’re not a favorite, you are absolutely not getting a raise. Ever. You get paid a flat rate per move-in no matter how much work that lease is, or how long the length of the lease. Which is taxed very high, because all commissions are, as opposed to the majority of the industry that pays out on a percentage of the entire lease. The culture is much better than other management companies, however, if you average 10 leases a month (you’re making the company thousands of dollars), you’ll get paid a few hundred bucks. I think I average about $21 an hour. Please, fix your pay scale, and you’ll have a loyal employee for life!
