Lazy office staff, property manager and assistant hide in the back office and avoid helping residents. Marketing reps responsible for almost everything with leasing and doing managers work. Managers don't know how to take tours and market their own property. Bad management overall they don't listen to employees needs. Even if you do a great job with your work they always find something you are doing wrong--I worked my tail off and the manager sat in the back office all day on Facebook and got paid for that. What does that say about the company???There were no opportunities to move up and grow within the company. They use you to get what they want for the business then dismiss you at the drop of a hat. Ridiculous how managers at this property make more money to not do their job. Avoid this property-not worth it!
