The LVNs can be good to you, but they will sink you if it comes down to a screw up they did. They blame the CNA to get out of it. The owner of the facility only cares about the money, not the patients. High turn over in staff Constant call outs and under staffing leading the CNAs to calling people in when its not their job its the owners niece. Obvious favoritism over the robots that dont care about their patients but stick around. They don't care about you whatsoever. You're disposable.
