Pros
Well let me start off by saying these glassdoor reviews almost pushed me not to accept the job offer. Yes the gold star program made me very nervous... but I went with my gut feeling and accepted the position. The people are amazing and great customer service helps give you black dots and gold star and advancement seems promising. It turns out I really enjoy working for them and hope to be working here for years to come.
Cons
The Gold star program. Yes at times it is a challenge and getting fired for it seems a little over doing it... but it isn't impossible to succeed. This company has been around for quite sometime so there is a way to over come the obstacle.
