South Hills Village Location - Sales Associate Windsor Fashions Employee Review

Management not on same page, one manager was very caddy and rude, and accused all customers of stealing. They make you follow every customer and stare at them to make sure they aren’t stealing. I’m talking walking directly behind them throughout their entire time shopping. You also can’t bring your own purse into the store as an employee, they give you a clear bag to bring to work everyday, and they go through it in front of you every time you leave the store. No privacy, and very paranoid. Didn’t seem to be room for advancement, and not worth it for 8$ an hour.
