Pros

Co-workers are wonderful and the discount is 40%

Cons

You work 10x as much as any other retail work for lower wage. Their motto is do more with less, so where other retail stores will have different departments or people who do visual or LP or stock, all the responsibility falls on you and your staff. We have sales goals that we get written up for if we don't make but have no incentives if we do make them. They say that Windsor is a family but they treat their in store employees horribly. I would not recommend working here.

Pros

The company has a great culture and is led by a team of incredible executives. In the field, we are given the trust and freedom to run our districts like our own business. Leadership values my input and communication and expectations are clear. The the work-life balance is highly supported. Excellent bonus structure if your stores hit their targets. The company fosters growth from within and provides tools and training to help develop leadership skills. My peers and mentors create a collaborative and fun environment.

Cons

The stores are very fast paced so it can be challenging to retain employees. A car allowance would be beneficial for all the wear and tear we put on our personal vehicles with so much driving
