Pros

Discount was amazing Easy to grow My staff/team

Cons

If I could give this job no stars I would. This is the worst place to work because this company pays its employees NO MONEY and they expect toooo much for NO MONEY! I grew in the company; been there for 3 years, and later became a store manager in one of the high volume stores. First off I was completely lowballed, secondly when I came into the store I reported to my district manager and my visual manager that I needed a few new towers for my store because the old manager before me threw them away. I was told no by both managers because they basically said it’s not important nor is it priority. That right there showed me that this company was terrible. I struggled for a long time with accessories because of the carelessness of this company. Another issue I have is how they went about Covid. They made us keep our fitting rooms open and made us take returns. Once again this company could care less about your health because they’re only focused on making a dollar. Lastly if you decide to work here, they will tell you they don’t have enough money to pay you more or give you a raise meanwhile my store and many other stores hit over a million dollars in sales, and this company will open so many other stores in other malls but will not pay the employees what they deserve. Save yourself the time and don’t work here.

Pros

The company has a great culture and is led by a team of incredible executives. In the field, we are given the trust and freedom to run our districts like our own business. Leadership values my input and communication and expectations are clear. The the work-life balance is highly supported. Excellent bonus structure if your stores hit their targets. The company fosters growth from within and provides tools and training to help develop leadership skills. My peers and mentors create a collaborative and fun environment.

Cons

The stores are very fast paced so it can be challenging to retain employees. A car allowance would be beneficial for all the wear and tear we put on our personal vehicles with so much driving
