Pros
- 40% discount - casual work setting - good for learning or very first job
Cons
- very low pay - sick time off is hard to get - hard to work around busy high school schedule - understaffed - store was extremely warm all the time (i live in florida and we couldn’t turn the AC down past 75, even on hot days) - ridiculous dress code (it’s very hard to fit dress code if you’re curvy or have larger breasts, i was often told i was out of dress code for wearing things my thinner coworkers had no issues with wearing) - NOT TRANS FRIENDLY (i was misgendered and deadnamed CONSTANTLY even after i told my coworkers i was trans and told them my preferred name and pronouns) - a lot of the corporate policies are super weird (you’re supposed to greet a customer BEFORE they enter the store or ask them if they need help even if someone else already did), but that wasn’t an issue at the location i worked at specifically
