Leadership values my input and communication and expectations are clear. The the work-life balance is highly supported. Excellent bonus structure if your stores hit their targets. The company fosters growth from within and provides tools and training to help develop leadership skills. My peers and mentors create a collaborative and fun environment.

The stores are very fast paced so it can be challenging to retain employees. A car allowance would be beneficial for all the wear and tear we put on our personal vehicles with so much driving
