Cons

Expect to have pay issues. Be a school bus field trip driver overnight and day, with a day wage that equals out to less than minimum wage working 18 plus hours some days. Be on camera, monitored, and criticized just to be either gone all the time or struggling stressed not knowing if there will be work.

Great family-run company to work for that truly cares about its employees and treats everyone like part of the team.
