Pros
Hours are plentiful when full time, some employees and customers are nice, GM is easy going and understanding most of the time. Job advancement possible if one shows and proves their worthiness. Managers get yearly reviews and higher pay if jobs well done in at least some areas.
Cons
Wage increases are about 5% at the most. Major issues with co-workers & store managers are often mishandled, low hours if part time, pay is minimum wage and/or low for amount of work expected, some store managers aren't serious about their duties, lead by poor examples, and aren't on the same page as corp demands. Most customers are angry, rude, & ill-mannered.
