Pros

There are some good people who give their all

Cons

Unless you are part of the clique, forget getting anywhere. You might as well be back in high school. They try to say they promote from within, but in reality, the same group of people gets promoted every two years. As long as you're part of the "in" crowd you're not expected to do anything or follow policy. Management expects everyone else to do all the work so they can take all the credit. It's a shame that so many good people have left within the last year.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
