Pros

Winn Companies is by far the best place I have ever worked. It is a place where ideas are not only listened to but implemented. It is a place where your voice and opinion is encouraged. It is a place where growth is a reality. Winn Companies’ benefit plan is exceptional. Family and health come first with Winn. The amount of vacation you can earn is by far the most I’ve ever been offered. I can honestly say I love my job and I respect everyone I work with. If you are looking for an exciting, challenging, and rewarding position in property management, Winn is the place for you!

Cons

As with any property management position, occasional unhappy residents is one of the realities. A quick yes is not always a doable answer. While working with people who are disgruntled can be difficult, patiently working together to find a feasible solution is very rewarding. Turning a negative in to a positive is extremely satisfying.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
