Great Company - Heavy workload, but loved it! - Property Manager WinnCompanies Employee Review

Pros

Well rounded company - the workload is heavy because they cover EVERYTHING. I believe they are the most efficient of all management companies. The ATO and 401K are a big plus, early leave on Friday's (who doesn't love that?). Most of all, there is so much room to go and your hard work never goes unnoticed - thanks to the Winning Circle and Winning Ideas! I was the first person with the first winning idea and they paid me to use my idea too!

Cons

Stop the MANDATORY Online Trainings!! I HATED being told that I wasn't going to get paid if I didn't take the required trainings for the year (there were only about 75 per year and hours and hours of personal time) But the days are busy and hectic enough and you're pretty much forced to do these on your own time to get them done by the deadlines - so not fair at all.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
