Pros

There aren't too many pros any more.

Cons

The new senior management in the New York area is just inconsiderate, disrespectful, only concerned about herself, and above all enjoys in humiliating others because she can.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
