Pros

As I am still very new to my position, so far I am truly enjoying everything I am learning here as well as all the wonderful new people I get to meet daily. I feel that WinnCompany does have my best interest in mind and is totally setting me up for nothing but a very successful future within my role as the property manager here at this beautiful community-based complex. As I get to meet and know some of the many staff members and some of the upper management personnel that aren't in my day-to-day sights, I am finding that each and every one of them are extremely knowledgeable, always very helpful, and also always so friendly to me when I call on them for any answers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great job working for a top-notch company that truly cares about their employees to not hesitate and go view the available positions that are open and currently being hired for on the WinnCompany website!

Cons

I do not have any concerns at this time, nor do I foresee any in my near future.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
