Good people. Good attitude from most leadership.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. , Less than ideal industry, (low income housing) Unfortunately, inherently a dishonest one that causes cascading issues with being held responsible for predecessors' lacking or mistakes or situations that are out of anyones control.

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
