Cons

-Unethical and unprofessional management practices. -Lack of communication and support from upper management. -No proper recognition for hard work or accomplishments. -Serious issues with pay, including unpaid hours worked. -Unclear and inconsistent handling of commission payouts. -High turnover and lack of proper training, which led to a toxic work culture. -No accountability or action taken to resolve employee concerns. -Discriminatory and retaliatory behavior after submitting concerns.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
