great hours when not working overtime, supervisors and leads great to work with

Cons

pay for long time employees not much higher than new employees now, hourly employee bonuses are not compatible with amount of work, overtime is mandatory for however long they wish, some employees want overtime pay so will slow down production no regard for others or consequences
