Pros

Love for the students & community. As a former student, I loved to talk with the current students & share my experiences at the university & advise them of their needs & goals. The community also provide good support to the university.

Cons

Lack of teamwork, communication & job benefits . After experiencing both sides as a student & staff member..I see that people dont really understand that their main goal is to support the students.. Some departments are not organized which hurts other departments within the university. Also there is no room for advancement & the healthcare benefits are not being met.
