Welcoming and thoughtful community. Supervisors are intelligent and kind. Work environment isn't micromanaging at all. Work is straightforward. Excellent job if you enjoy teaching/tutoring.

Cons

The HR department and payroll struggle to get paperwork filed in a timely fashion such that tutors don't get started until September despite the school year starting in August.
