Pros
Profitable organization and solid overall business model
Cons
No 401K offered. Sub-par health benefits and PTO. 10-15 years behind other local and successful businesses. Emphasis on company growth only, not personal growth for employees. Majority of senior leadership not experienced leading, only in financial management. Lack of professional experience outside of the organization that could be used to improve internal processes, etc. Not open to change or implementing best practices. Either accept the archaic culture and stay in your lane (don't present best practice or standardization concepts) or you will be removed from the organization. Must be part of the "club", which seems to require a minimum of 10 years employment with heavy personal financial investment in the company's stocks, because they do NOT offer 401K. The expectation is that you invest all of your financial eggs into the one company basket.
