Pros
Pay can be great depending on owner/president. Local management is very useful at times.
Cons
No 401k. No company cars. No oversight on local practices. You end up with a dishonest president and that's life. Spirit of Opportunity compromised by dishonesty and poor integrity. All practices are haphazard including accounting.
