Nice team, but stingy board members - Designer Winsupply Employee Review

I feel like management is constantly throwing new projects at the teams and asking them to make it happen without any further notice. Also, the management board is extremely stingy. They built a gym on campus and decided to CHARGE their workers $15 a month to access it. Plus, they don't offer anything to anyone. They have a small selection of vending machines and give the employees a ridiculous $10 monthly allowance. It doesn't seem like they care much about employee happiness.
