Fun place to work if you enjoy being active! A lot of opportunities to play on the mountain through the recreation benefits. Fun and caring co-workers. Feels like a family.

Cons

The drive up the mountain can be a bit overwhelming at first but for the most part it is beautiful!

Pros

Good training, great people, lots of fun, competitive pay for seasonal work with lots of incentives to cert up. When you're not working you can ski/board for free.

Cons

Really none, though if you don't live on the mountain it would be a hike of a commute for sometimes inconsistent hours.
