Pros
Get to work with people from diverse backgrounds and foreign countries. A few dedicated employees despite the pay and work atmosphere made the job bearable for a time.
Cons
Below average pay for most employees both foreign and domestic. Same Poor upper management to the present day, has stayed for too long.. Foreign student employees were overworked and underpaid. They don't keep or promote lower level managers with experience that care and actually know what their doing.
