Recreation Benefits, OK health Benefits, beautiful scenery

Cons

Salaries for majority below area average while other way above Wear and tear on car driving up and down mountain daily Lodging below par Restaurants expensive for service and quality of food Too concerned about bottom line profits to care about guests and employee satisfaction and same management for to many years

Pros

Good training, great people, lots of fun, competitive pay for seasonal work with lots of incentives to cert up. When you're not working you can ski/board for free.

Cons

Really none, though if you don't live on the mountain it would be a hike of a commute for sometimes inconsistent hours.
