Yes, free skiing is just one of our many resort amenities our associates enjoy & is still enjoyed by our many associates. Housing our associates here at Wintergreen has been challenging due to the uptick in the real estate market. We do, however, house our International associates as well as a smaller number of local associates until they find a residence of their own. We hope you rejoin Team Wintergreen this upcoming winter season.

Pros

Good training, great people, lots of fun, competitive pay for seasonal work with lots of incentives to cert up. When you're not working you can ski/board for free.

Cons

Really none, though if you don't live on the mountain it would be a hike of a commute for sometimes inconsistent hours.
