Thank you for providing a review for us. It's disappointing to learn, we did not convey our benefits clearly & look to this as a communication improvement opportunity. Our benefits (health/dental/vision, short-term & long-term disability and life insurances, Paid Time Off, & our Associate Recreational Package have all been enhanced. And over the past three years, our entry level wage rate has increased 200%. Although not required, Wintergreen Resort paid COVID pay to all associates who contracted the virus & lost time due to being ill. We hope you come back & rejoin the team.
